How to submit a complaint

MET Romania Energy SA attempts to put all efforts to provide you with an efficient, prompt energy supply service and at the highest quality standards. For this purpose, MET Romania Energy SA has a simple and transparent procedure for reporting, registering and troubleshooting your power problems.

We invite you to submit your requests and questions on the following matters:

    • Power supply contract

    • Invoicing

    • Offering & pricing

    • Power supply continuity

    • Power supply quality

    • Meter functioning

    • Supplier switching

    • Method for information and notification to end consumers

    • Complaints resolution

For submitting your complaints or requests for information about the services provided by MET Romania Energy SA, complete the complaint form available for download below, and send it to us by fax, e-mail, by post or directly at our office.

Once you submit the ticket form to us, we will communicate the ticket registration number and date within less than two days since receipt. We will analyze the problem or request raised and then inform you on the outcome as shortly as possible.

Procedure for resolving pre-contractual and contractual disputes

All end consumers are entitled to report any problem with our ticketing procedure to the National Regulatory Authority:

It is customer’s right to file a legal action on supplier’s ticketing procedure and resolution.

Power outages and failures

Planned outages are carried out by the delivery operators for conducting maintenance or upgrade works on the distribution infrastructure. These outages are planned by the regional delivery operators.
