Choosing the MET Home offer brings numerous benefits.

  • It is Convenient: the price is fixed and guaranteed. - The price offered through MET Home is fixed throughout the contract. Moreover, no matter if the electricity prices increase significantly in the market, your contractual price is guaranteed through MET Home.
  • It is Durable: the guaranteed contractual period is 12 months. - Through MET Home you can conclude contracts with fixed prices for periods of 12 months.
  • It is Safe: the tariff plan is easy to compare (without a daily subscription). - The price offered under MET Home does not contain any daily subscriptions that could increase your final bill.
  • It is Predictable: it provides the possibility to send the monthly consumption (self-reading). - For a more efficient control of your bills, MET Home gives you the possibility to send your consumption monthly, through self-reading.
  • It is Transparent: the bill is detailed. - The bill issued for consumption of customers that chose MET Home is detailed and contains both the monthly, consumption and all the fees and tariffs applicable to electricity (such as the transmission and distribution tariffs, the cogeneration fee, green certificates, the excise duty, VAT).
  • It is Accessible: we make available for customers various and diversified methods of payment. - In order to support its customers, MET Romania offers a variety of ways to pay the bills: postal order, payment order, cash at the headquarters of the single point.

We believe that developing their own business needs to remain the main concern of our customers, and the volatility and fluctuations of the electricity market remain in the supplier's care.
That is why a predictable service is needed, as well as a partner concerned with managing consumer concerns about the supply of electricity. Prioritizing customer interests and building on the values of a solid partnership, MET Romania launched the offer MET Nano. 
Choosing the MET Nano offer brings numerous benefits:

  • It is Safe: the price is fixed and guaranteed. - The price offered through MET Nano is fixed throughout the contract. Moreover, no matter if the electricity prices increase significantly in the market, your contractual price is guaranteed through MET Nano.
  • It is Durable: the guaranteed contractual period is 12 months. - Through MET Nano you can conclude contracts with fixed prices for longer periods, of 12 months.
  • It is Predictable: it provides the possibility to send the monthly consumption (self-reading). - For a more efficient control of your bills, MET Nano gives you the possibility to send your consumption monthly, through self-reading.

2. Change of supplier

The change of the energy supplier by the final customer is made in accordance with ANRE Order no. 234/2019, being a free trial.
The process includes all the stages through which, during the supply contract, you can decide as a final customer to unilaterally terminate the contract concluded with the current supplier and conclude a supply contract with a new supplier.
The change of supplier process starts on the date on which the change of supplier is requested, by sending a notification, being necessary 21 days for the implementation of the procedure.

The process of changing the provider cannot begin:

  • in case of loss of the right of use of the holder of the electricity supply contract on the place of consumption;
  • in the last 21 days before the expiration of the validity period of the energy supply contract, provided therein.

The supplier change process can be stopped if: 

  • the final customer returns to the new supplier upon notification of the change of supplier within 14 days from the date of registration and the new contract has not taken effect;
  • the network operator receives another notification of a change of provider from a provider other than the new provider.

The process of changing the supplier is free, it does not involve the payment of any fee.

  • Copy of the Tax registration certificate (non-household) or Identity Card (household);
  • Signed offer;
  • Declaration on the applicant's own responsibility:
    • regarding the possession of a housing right, specifying its quality (owner / co-owner, sole heir, co-heir, husband, tenant, beneficiary of life annuity, etc.);
    • the fact that there are no housing disputes concerning the space for which the contract is requested and, if the contrary is proved, the expression of the agreement for the termination of the contract, with the possibility of updating the declaration, if necessary, both by means of distance communication and by tacit agreement; 
  • Monthly electricity consumption recorded over the past 12 months; 
  • Request to conclude the contract, according to "Draft application for the conclusion of the electricity supply contract_household " or "Draft application for the conclusion of the electricity supply contract_non-household"
